Who we are
Simfex Development is a Danish company with affiliated partners locally and abroad. All people involved are highly trained professionals, including engineers, architects, craftsmen, lawyers and financiers, who all have many years of experience in their fields. The Danish reputation of design and quality is reflected at all levels.
What we do
Since the foundation in 2006, we have participated in development and management of various interesting projects of different sizes, values, complexities and characters in Europe particularly. As per autumn 2016, we are taking a step into the next level of project development, which will entail individual as well as joint ventures with clients who have interesting and potential projects or ideas, needing assistance in developing and executing them – and the possibility of public participation in financing as well.
How we do it
Projects of our own are naturally fully executed by ourselves. For external clients there are different approaches to working with us. We are generally open to ways of cooperation – most important is that the project is feasible, with substance and sensible economics and returns.
